Upon accessing this website, you are bound by these website Terms and Conditions, subject to periodic amendments, and are obligated to comply with all applicable laws and regulations. The materials within this website are safeguarded by pertinent copyright and trademark law.

Payment Policy
To secure a place in an Eudaimonia retreat, a deposit of five hundred Euros (500 €) is required.
The remaining balance must be paid in full at least sixty (60) days before the retreat start date.
Retreat prices are per person and do not include flight expenses.

Guest Cancellation Policy
A €500 deposit is required at the time of booking to secure a place at the retreat.
For cancellations made ninety (90) days before the retreat start date, the deposit will be fully refunded, minus any transaction fees. If a cancellation occurs less than three (3) months before the retreat start date, the deposit becomes non-refundable.
The remaining balance must be paid in full sixty (60) days before the retreat check-in date to confirm attendance.
Due to our need to commit to accommodation and other arrangements in advance, exceptions to our policy cannot be made.
We do not offer credit for arriving late or leaving early.

Eudaimonia Retreats Cancellation Policy
Eudaimonia exhausts all alternatives before considering retreat cancellations. In the event of a retreat cancellation due to insufficient participation, guests are entitled to request a full refund.
Eudaimonia bears no responsibility for expenses incurred in preparation for any canceled retreat, such as alternative accommodation, airline tickets, loss of income, or other associated costs.

Force Majeure
Eudaimonia absolves itself from liability for failure to fulfill contractual obligations due to uncontrollable events, including but not limited to pandemics, acts of God, fire, flood, flight cancellations, adverse weather conditions prohibiting sailing, war, acts of terrorism, civil unrest, governmental actions (excluding regulatory changes), labor disputes, and similar occurrences.

Reservation of Rights
Eudaimonia reserves the right to enact necessary changes to its retreats.
In cases of instructor illness, sickness, or force majeure, Eudaimonia reserves the right to substitute the retreat teacher (yoga teacher) without offering refunds.
Eudaimonia reserves the right to relocate the retreat to alternative premises of equivalent quality due to emergency circumstances.
Eudaimonia reserves the right to remove any participant from the retreat without refund if their conduct is deemed disruptive, harmful, or otherwise incompatible with the retreat's atmosphere and objectives.

Travel Insurance
Guests must procure adequate travel insurance covering retreat activities.
It is incumbent upon guests to arrange suitable travel and health insurance, recognizing that Eudaimonia does not provide insurance products and cannot be held liable for any resultant exposure, medically, financially, or otherwise.

Passports, Visas and Documents
IParticipants must obtain valid passports, visas, and requisite certificates for countries visited in connection with an Eudaimonia.

General Waiver – Limitation of Liability
Participants acknowledge voluntary participation in retreat activities, relinquishing rights to legal action against Eudaimonia for any loss or damage incurred during the retreat. Participants assume responsibility for their welfare and acknowledge associated risks.
By waiving liability, participants release Eudaimonia, its employees, collaborators, and subcontractors from liability for personal injury, property damage, or other adverse occurrences during the retreat.

Photo / Video Release Form
Participants grant Eudaimonia permission to utilize photographic and video materials featuring them for advertising and promotional purposes, thereby absolving Eudaimonia Retreats from liability arising from their use.

Changes to our Terms & Conditions
The present Terms and Conditions are subject to periodic review and amendments. Amendments become effective immediately upon posting on the website at www.onlyeudaimonia.com. Participants are advised to review these terms regularly for updates.

Disputes & Applicable Law
Efforts shall be made to resolve any disputes arising from the present Terms & Conditions through negotiation in good faith. Unresolved disputes shall be exclusively resolved by the Courts of Athens, Greece, under Greek law.
​
By booking a retreat, participants certify their understanding and acceptance of these Terms & Conditions. Failure to agree renders participants ineligible for Eudaimonia activities.
